Please join classes this weekend and Monday morning all levels. I fly on Monday morning, 4 May to a remote part of Asia and will not have reliable internet service. There will not be classes from 5-21 May.
Regular classes resume 22 May
I have prerecorded a 25min beginners sequence and a 20min intermediate sequence for you to use during this time. It’s short and complete. It’ll be uploaded so you can click and follow along daily.
Please self-practice!!! Pause the video when you need more time and observe the poses so you can refine them. Do this same video for the 2+ weeks and you will see progress.
For beginners, there is a group that would like to “meet” on zoom and play the prerecorded video together. This is a great way to be accountable and consistent. i will connect several of you on text so you can check in with each other to see who will show up. You can actually meet at any time. I scheduled it for 0800h but you don’t have to join at that exact time.How it works:
i will upload the videos in the regular time slots on the website.
Below you will see a new meeting link for any beginners who want to join the group.
it will be available daily.
you can click on the link and you will all be in the meeting space.
you can each play the prerecorded video in your own space and practice together. or just one of you can play it.
Let’s see how this works because this is a great way to progress and be the teacher.
