Tailored Wellness Program

Weekly by Level

Program for

Beginners*

  • Daily Yoga, minimum 15-30 min
  • Quick-Core, 5 min, 3x/week (usually included in yoga classes)
  • HIIT 1-2x/week maximum, 4 min each time
  • Fascia 1-2x/week, rotate through different body parts (weekend live classes or Quick-Fix Video)
  • Mini Meditation - 5 min daily
  • Mini Pranayama - 5 min daily

Program for

Intermediate*

  • Daily Yoga, minimum 30-60 min
  • Quick-Core, 5 min, 3x/week (usually included in yoga classes)
  • HIIT 2-3x/week maximum, 8 min each time
  • Fascia 2-3x/week, rotate through different body parts (weekend live classes or Quick-Fix Video)
  • Mini Meditation - 5 min daily
  • Mini Pranayama - 5 min daily

Program for

Advanced*

  • Daily Yoga, minimum 45-75 min
  • Quick-Core, 5 min, 3x/week (usually included in yoga classes)
  • HIIT 2-3x/week maximum, 12 min each time (can progress to 16 min or 20 min)
  • Fascia 2-3x/week, rotate through different body parts (weekend live classes or Quick-Fix Video)
  • Mini Meditation - 5 min daily
  • Mini Pranayama - 5 min daily
*For all programs, maintain a plant-based diet low in sodium and sugar, zero processed foods and plenty of water daily.
