- Daily Yoga, minimum 45-75 min
- Quick-Core, 5 min, 3x/week (usually included in yoga classes)
- HIIT 2-3x/week maximum, 12 min each time (can progress to 16 min or 20 min)
- Fascia 2-3x/week, rotate through different body parts (weekend live classes or Quick-Fix Video)
- Mini Meditation - 5 min daily
- Mini Pranayama - 5 min daily
*For all programs, maintain a plant-based diet low in sodium and sugar, zero processed foods and plenty of water daily.
