Summer is here and it’s time to ensure your arms are nice and toned and able to deliver tru power and strength in your practice and in daily functional moves.

Please check out the new video I just recorded under Targeted Sequences, called Awesome Arm Toning. It’s just 11min!

The video encompasses:

6 moves, done once through

Video repeats all 6 moves 2 more times

Feel free to do one set or two or all three. 

Please make sure your weights are not too heavy… watch your form. If tired, drop down in weight.

The first move, biceps curl, will be your heaviest weight. I used 10lbs. Most will likely be 5-8lbs. Men will be more.

The other 5 moves I use 5lbs. It gets heavy quickly. Most will likely be 2-3lbs. Men will be more..

Try to do the video 2x/week for the summer. You can take a photo now and after two months to compare. You can send to me if you’d like.

Enjoy! I will be teaching tomorrow at the regular times, then will fly to London. Classes will still be held.. but I don’t have all plans set yet so thank you for being patient if there are changes to class times.
