Please do the uploaded videos… it is the same for this week so you can really refine each pose as you flow through the sequence. Please practice as if it were livestreamed. It will make all the difference.

Fascia: Neck & Head – Do Not Miss! All 3 sizes of balls, block, corner wall
Strength Flow – Arms – have light dumbbell weights 3-5 pounds. no worries if you don’t have – 2 water bottles?
Sunday 12 October
Fascia: Head, Face, Jaw – smallest balls in tote, block
Yin – hip internal & external rotation, inner thighs
Classes Next Week
I will be flying to Japan to prepare for the yoga retreat this Tuesday early morning without a chance to teach at the airport. So no classes Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 14-16 October as it’s +2 to get there.
Classes resume 17 October with one All Levels class 0800-0900 for this one day. This is the only day all levels begins later. usually 0730-0830h.
Weekend 18 & 19 Oct classes will be 0730-0830.
20-23 October one All Levels class 0730-0830h
There will not be live-streamed classes 24 October – 4 November – Japan Retreat is happening and I’ll be transiting.
Classes resume 5 & 6 November with one All Levels at 0730-0830h
After 5.5 years of not taking real time off, I am taking some time to explore a bit of the Japan countryside 7-12 November but am teaching when I can.
In summary, there will not be classes

Please do the videos that will be uploaded. It’s good to repeat a class a few times so you can really learn the cues and the flow. You’ll work deeper and deeper once you are familiar with the sequences.
