0835-0840 4min tabata/high intensity

0840-0900h fascia – feet

0900-0930 pilates – glutes, hamstrings, inner thighs, core

0930-1015 yoga – strength flow

Sunday

0830-0835h pranayama/meditation

0835-0840 5min full body mobility/weights

0840-0900h fascia – lower leg

0900-0930 pilates – obliques, core, spine lengthening

0930-1015 yoga – yin

Please do the March Challenge – bridge pose – for glutes and hamstrings. We will do in class.
