Saturday Fascia – Hamstrings and Adductors/Inner Thighs (stool or chair, 1 largest and medium balls in tote, block)
Saturday Flow – have small inflatable ball
Sunday Fascia – Quadriceps/thigh. (1 largest ball and medium or largest balls in tote)
Sunday Yin will focus on hamstrings, inner thighs and quadriceps.
I will be on a business trip in DC so will not be able to teach classes on Monday and Tuesday.
