Happy Early Father’s Day tomorrow! I know many will be getting out early, so tomorrow’s class will just be Yin 0800-0840h PST. We will do some shoulder mobility holds then spine lengthening preparing us for Posture emphasis this coming week and next Saturday.

Please be prompt and please join. See you tomorrow.

From now on, Fascia will follow the general schedule below, one body part per day (2 per weekend) with some changes here and there that might come up, but at least you will know the overall areas we will be focusing on.

Starting next weekend:

21 head, face, jaw (this is the last one of the sequence)

Head, Face, Jaw
