Welcome to the Burn Belly Fat July Challenge!!!!

Planks strengthen your core, spine, arms, back and shoulders – so all the muscles between shoulders to toes! PLANKS ALSO BURN BELLY FAT!!!

THE CHALLENGE: 3Xs – 20-30 sec hold on hands; 3Xs – 20-30 sec hold on forearms.

*** Keep shoulder, back and butt aligned – do not dip back nor raise butt

*** Keep belly lifted towards spine to burn belly fat

*** Do not hold more than 30 sec!!! You may lose form and focus. Shorter time with proper alignment will give you better results than holding longer but collapsing into joints.
