Namaskar Sangha,

Sunday beginning at 0815 there is an optional 10min tabata/high intensity interval training. Please use the weekend class link. Please join… you can take it at your pace. i will give options for the movements for different levels.

Class officially begins at 0830 – 0930. 

Feet fascia (need wall to back of chair for balance) and the smallest balls

Yin for hamstrings and hips, some inner thighs.
