i am pulling together a mini retreat. it’s a tough time to get reservations so please lmk if you could come for 15-19 May up near the Sonoma area. It will be focused on deepening your practice. 0840-0900h fascia – thigh

0900-1000 pilates & yin

Please do the March Challenge – bridge pose / pelvic curl x5 – for glutes and hamstrings. We will do in class.
