Stay in the know about class content and schedule

I am teaching the club in Zurich this week so please see schedule below. thank you.

Schedule for this coming week:

11-15 August (Monday – Friday) One All levels class 0900-1000h (except Wednesday will be a 30-min Pilates class 0900-0930)

16 & 17 August Sat & Sun 1000h-11:30h (Saturday I will stay on to answer any questions. to teach any specific poses, anything you’d like to work on)

I am flying to teach in Zurich early Wednesday, 6 August, and will layover in Chicago and will teach from there

an All Levels Class at 12Noon – 1300h PDT (1500h – 1600h EST).

Reminder that there are no classes this Saturday & Sunday. My final training weekend. Please do uploaded videos or any you wish from the vast archives. 15min daily is better than nothing!

Please join me Thursday and Friday! Usual times for both classes.

There will be regular classes this Friday 25 July and the following Friday 1 August. My training on these two days starts a bit later. But no classes Saturday & Sunday for the next two weekends.

I am uploading the classes from this weekend. Please repeat them and learn them well so the movements become a part of your muscle memory. You don’t need a new sequence daily, though I do vary the flow daily. So for the weekend classes, fine tune your practice.

The Mat Pilates class from today is a beginner’s introduction. Please do the video and repeat it. It is housed under Targeted Sequences under the Videos drop down menu.

Today’s Tabata was one where i showed how to do upper body for those who might have some lower body injuries etc. It also introduces weights. Please do and repeat. High intensity interval training is an integral part of your wellness, so please fit in twice weekly. Do with a friend. ANY movement is fine! Just move it, move it, move it!

Fascia will be uploaded from this week.

I will be in the final two weekends of intensive training so there will not be morning classes

In order to make up for these two weekends, next weekend there will be special sessions on both days:

0910-1000 Flow

1000-1030 Workshop – any and all questions on any poses, alignment, how to do, etc.. Anything you’ve been wanting to fine tune or learn.

It’ll be fun so please join. You can send questions ahead of time to me as well.

0845-0915 Mat Pilates 30min

0915-0945 fascia Ribcage Rinse and Respire

0945-1030 Yin full body
