Begins 0830h (note half hour later so everyone can get sleep!) with 8min tabata;
0840h – 0900 intro to basic pilates;
0900 – 0920h ankle and lower leg fascia
0920 – 1000h flow
Sunday:
Begins 0830 with 8 min tabata;
0840-0900 fascia all knee attachments
0900 – 1000h yin full body
